Last year the discussion was around Apple's iPad and other iOS devices lack of support for Adobe's Flash technology, and whether or not this might hurt the devices popularity and market uptake. Clearly this is not the case according to this chart developed through research by 'MeFeedia'. In the space of just one year the amount of .H264 video's supporting Apple's preferred technology .HTML5 has increased from 10% to just under 70%... and growing rapidly. The research was sourced using data from over 30,000 sites and 30 million videos available within these sites.
